Contact Gurley Leadership Solutions
The easiest way to start is a short phone call. Book a free, no-obligation 15-minute call and we will talk about what is happening in your business right now, what you want to be different twelve months from now, and whether a leadership development program is genuinely the right answer for you. If it is not, we will say so.

How to contact Gurley Leadership Solutions by phone
Call 416.669.7644, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you reach voicemail during a client session, leave your name, your company and the best time to reach you, and you will get a call back.
Where we work
We are based in Ajax, Ontario and work directly with owners, executives and management teams across Oshawa, Durham Region and the Greater Toronto Area. Programs run in spaced working sessions over several weeks, so it helps to know roughly where your leadership team sits before we talk. Contact Gurley Leadership Solutions wherever you are in that area and we will work out the logistics from there.
What happens on the first call
The first conversation is a conversation, not a presentation. Expect three questions: what result do you need, what is getting in the way, and who are the people who would have to change for that result to happen. From your answers it is usually clear whether the right starting point is productivity improvement, personal leadership improvement, or a full leadership development program for the team.
What to have ready
Nothing formal is required. It helps if you can name one or two measurements that matter most to you this year — revenue, margin, quality, on-time delivery, turnover or succession readiness — because those become the numbers the program is measured against when it finishes.
Who we usually work with
Most clients are owners, presidents and senior executives of small and mid-sized organizations who have good people who are not yet performing as leaders. Past engagements have covered logistics and shipping, healthcare, automotive parts manufacturing, retail and distribution, and early stage start-ups. You can read what those engagements produced on the leadership results in the GTA page.
Cost and funding
Program cost depends on how many people take part and how long the program runs, so it is quoted after the first call rather than published here. Many Ontario employers qualify for government training support; in one recent client program, funding covered 83% of the program cost. Ask about it when you contact Gurley Leadership Solutions.
Common reasons people call
Owners and executives usually reach out when one of these is true: sales growth has stalled; productivity or efficiency is slipping across job tasks, departments or plants; quality or on-time problems are costing you customers; inventory or cash flow is tying up money you need elsewhere; employee turnover is climbing; or a succession plan has to be in place sooner than you expected. Any one of those is reason enough to contact Gurley Leadership Solutions, and none of them requires you to have the answer worked out before you call.
One thing to know before we start
Gurley Leadership Solutions programs work when the person at the top takes part. If the owner or senior executive is in the room and applying the material alongside the team, the change holds. If the program is delegated downward and the top of the organization does not change with it, it will not stick — and we would rather say that on the first call than after the invoice.

Frequently asked questions before you contact Gurley Leadership Solutions
Do I have to commit to a program just to talk to you? No. The first conversation is a free, no-obligation call. Its only purpose is to understand what you are trying to improve and to tell you honestly whether a leadership or productivity program is the right tool for the job.
Is this coaching, training, or consulting? It is a development program rather than a one-off seminar. The material is licensed through LMI Canada and is delivered over several weeks, so new habits are practised on the job between sessions. That is why the results can be measured instead of simply felt.
Will you work with one person, or does it have to be a whole team? Both. Some clients start with a single owner or senior manager through Personal Leadership Improvement, while others put an entire management team through the same process so that everyone is working from one language, one set of goals and one scoreboard.
How quickly do things change? The programs open with goal setting, delegation and time use, so the first differences people notice are usually in how their week is organised. Business results follow as those recovered hours are reinvested into higher-value work. Documented client examples are on the Leadership Results in the GTA page.
What does it cost, and can it be funded? Pricing depends on the program and the number of participants, so it is quoted after the first call. LMI programs are designed to return a minimum of ten dollars for every dollar invested, and many Ontario employers offset a large share of the fee through government training funding. We will point you to the right funding program when you contact Gurley Leadership Solutions.
The questions Malcolm is asked most often — covering productivity improvement, effective goal setting, attitudes and behaviours, time management and team dynamics — are answered in full on the FAQ page.
Three ways to start the conversation
You do not need a formal brief or a budget approval to get started. Most people contact Gurley Leadership Solutions in one of three ways: they phone 416.669.7644 during business hours and ask a single question; they book the free fifteen-minute call using the button near the top of this page; or they read the FAQ and the case studies first, then get in touch once they already know which program fits.
Whichever route you choose, the next step is the same. We agree on a time, we talk for fifteen minutes, and you finish the call with a clear view of what could be improved, what it would take, and what it would likely cost. If it is not a fit, we will say so plainly — there is no follow-up pressure when you contact Gurley Leadership Solutions, and no obligation of any kind.
Ready to begin? Contact Gurley Leadership Solutions today and ask for the fifteen-minute call — no slides, no sales script, just a straight conversation about the results you want in the next twelve months. Anything you share when you contact Gurley Leadership Solutions stays confidential.
